Lost Dog Found on Morris Street Awaiting Reunion with Family

YONKERS, NY – A search is underway for the family of a lost dog found in the area of Morris Street, as announced by the Yonkers Police Department.

The department issued a “Found Dog Alert” after the canine was discovered earlier today. Described as a cute pup, the dog is currently in the care of the Yonkers Animal Shelter. Authorities are reaching out to the community, asking anyone familiar with the dog or its owners to contact the shelter at 914-377-6730 to facilitate a reunion.

The Yonkers Police Department and the local animal shelter are hopeful for a prompt and joyful return of the dog to its home.
