Man Arrested for Domestic Violence Assault in Toms River

TOMS RIVER, NJ – A domestic violence incident resulted in the arrest of Jarred Harvey in Toms River after he allegedly caused physical harm to a woman during an argument. The altercation, reported under case number 24-14659, led to the woman sustaining injuries.

During the dispute, Harvey is accused of forcefully grabbing the woman by the arm, causing her to fall. The fall resulted in scraped arms for the victim, who also experienced dizziness after hitting her head. Authorities noted visible signs of injury and the victim’s complaints of pain.

Following the completion of domestic violence documentation and the approval of a warrant, Harvey was apprehended. Although he had left the scene before police arrived, he was later found returning to the residence. Upon his arrest, Harvey was served with a Temporary Restraining Order and transported to Ocean County Jail.
