Smyrna Woman Arrested for 5th DUI This Time with Child in Vehicle

SMYRNA, DE – Delaware State Police have apprehended 55-year-old Victoria Parker of Smyrna for her 5th DUI offense, a felony charge. The arrest occurred on the evening of April 1, following erratic driving observed by troopers.

Parker was seen driving a black Acura MDX northbound on North Dupont Highway, committing multiple traffic violations before being stopped near Messina Hill Road in Dover. Displaying signs of impairment with a child present in the SUV, Parker failed the administered sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested.

With a history of four previous DUI convictions, Parker now faces charges including a 5th Offense DUI and endangering the welfare of a child while under the influence. She was arraigned and released on a $3,850 unsecured bond.
