Armed Children Committing Violent Crimes in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — An unsettling trend of armed children committing violent crimes in Baltimore continues.

A recent armed robbery involving two teenagers has led to the arrest of four individuals.

In a case concerning the armed robbery of a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old male on Walker Avenue, Baltimore Police have apprehended four male suspects. The incident, occurring in the 1300 block of Walker Avenue, involved the theft of sneakers and cellphones. Quick action by officers resulted in the location and arrest of the suspects on Northbourne Road without any issues.

The suspects, including a 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds, have been charged and taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility. A 14-year-old involved in the incident has been processed at the Juvenile Justice facility.
