Early Morning Shooting in Baltimore Leaves Man Injured

BALTIMORE, MD — A shooting incident early yesterday morning has prompted an investigation by detectives from the Northwestern District.

Responding to calls around 12:07 a.m., police arrived at the 1000 block of North Ellamont Street where they found a 39-year-old man with a graze wound to the head and a gunshot wound to the hand. The victim was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries.
