BALTIMORE, MD — A late-night shooting in the Southeastern District of Baltimore has led to a homicide investigation following the death of one man and the injury of another.

Responding to reports on April 6 just before midnight, police found two men on the 3700 block of East Lombard Street, both with gunshot wounds. The first victim suffered a fatal injury and was declared dead at the scene, while the second victim was transported to a hospital with injuries deemed not life-threatening.
