Two Powerball Tickets Hit $100K Each in New City

NEW CITY, NY — The New York Lottery has announced that two third-prize-winning Powerplay tickets, each worth $100,000, were sold for the April 10 Powerball drawing.

Both tickets were purchased at 786 MS, 255 S Main Street in New City.

Powerball numbers are selected from a pool of 1 to 69, with the Power Ball drawn from a separate set of 1 to 26. The Power Play option allows players to increase their non-jackpot prizes by up to 10 times. Powerball draws are held and televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
