New York Photographer Charged for Inappropriately Touching Teen Girl

LINDENHURST, NY – Suffolk County Police arrested a local photographer for allegedly forcibly touching a teenager during a photo shoot.

William Keegan, 49, of Freeport, was charged on Thursday with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stemmed from a January incident at Flawless Digital Photos, Keegan’s business located at 125 East Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst. The teen reported the incident to the police on Monday.

Detectives are urging anyone who believes they may also be a victim of Keegan to come forward and contact the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
