QUEENS, NY – A 36-year-old man was assaulted and robbed inside 92-13 Roosevelt Avenue, leading to the arrest of one individual and the search for two others. The altercation occurred when three men attempted to enter the establishment and were denied access, sparking a dispute. The trio assaulted the victim, punching him and striking him with a metal pipe, during which he dropped his cellphone, subsequently stolen by the attackers. Two suspects remain at large: both described as Hispanic males with light complexions, one wearing a light-colored baseball cap, a black and grey bubble jacket, while the other sported a white hat and a dark “GAP” hoodie. Jorge Tibillin, a 31-year-old from Queens, was arrested early Sunday morning and faces charges of robbery and criminal possession of stolen property.
