Shooting in Queens Leaves One Injured

QUEENS, NY — An early morning shooting on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at a residence on 91-12 144 Place in Queens resulted in one person being grazed by a bullet. The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 AM when an unidentified individual discharged a firearm inside the home.

The victim sustained a graze wound to the head and was promptly transported by EMS to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where they are reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are currently searching for two male suspects described as having a medium complexion and build.

The motive behind the shooting is under investigation, and law enforcement is urging anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the suspects to come forward to assist with the ongoing inquiry.
