Missing 10-Year-Old Newark Boy Sought by Police, Family

UPDATE: Police have found the missing boy and he has since been reunited with his family.

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating a 10-year-old boy from Newark, who was reported missing on Tuesday afternoon.

He was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. in the 100 block of Parker Street. He is described as 4 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 76 pounds. At the time, he was wearing a black vest over a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and gray Jordans, with an earring in his right ear.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be submitted via the Police Division’s website.
