Investigation Underway After Theft at Toms River Walgreens

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River police are investigating a theft incident that occurred at the Walgreens located at 2479 Church Road on Thursday evening. According to Lt. Gene Bachonski, two men entered the store between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, repeatedly filling duffel bags with medication and perfume. The suspects made three trips during this period, taking a significant amount of merchandise.

The theft was reported by a Walgreens employee at approximately 8:38 PM. Authorities are currently seeking information on the two men involved in the incident.
