New Castle, DE – Delaware State Police detained Noah Howell, a 20-year-old Seaford resident, early this morning in New Castle County, following a series of felonious events spurred by a domestic dispute. Responding to a woman’s distress call, State Troopers were confronted with Howell reportedly chasing his ex-girlfriend in his vehicle.

Later, Howell evaded authorities outside the William Keene Elementary School, where he crashed into a Dart bus after numerous traffic violations. Howell attempted to flee the scene on foot but was swiftly apprehended. Authorities reported an alcohol odor emanating from Howell upon his arrest. Dungeons and Refuge Correctional Institution detained Howell on a $32,700 cash bond for an array of serious felony charges.
