Arrest Made on Outstanding Warrant in Manchester Township

MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ—On March 27, Patrolman Brian Flanagan of the Manchester Township Police Department executed an arrest on an outstanding warrant. The individual arrested, Lisa Cooley, 41, from Jackson, was wanted on a $1,000 warrant issued by Berkeley for Failure to Appear.

Cooley was taken into custody without incident and subsequently transported to the Ocean County Jail. The arrest pertains to her failure to appear as required by court orders.
