Houston, TX – Lawyers representing families of individuals who passed away while on a liver transplant waiting list have taken legal action following reports of data manipulation by a doctor at Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center. The lawyers have pursued a temporary restraining order and an injunction against Dr. John S. Bynon to safeguard potential evidence.

Speaking at a news conference, attorney John Davis expressed concern over the reported data manipulation affecting patients’ chances of receiving a liver transplant. Families are seeking answers and raising questions regarding the reported anomalies in the liver transplant process.
