BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Leah Grace Cooper. She was last seen on Wednesday at 3:30 PM in the Essex area.
Leah is described as 5’4″, weighing 110 lbs. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black shirt, shorts, a black and orange hat, and black Vans shoes. Anyone with information about Leah’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the police immediately at 911 or 410-307-2020.
