Man Identified In Fatal Shooting in D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC – A fatal shooting incident is under investigation by the D.C. Metro Police Department’s Homicide Branch.

The shooting happened Wednesday in Southeast D.C., at the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 12:23 PM.

32-year-old Thomas Carlos Felder, identified as a person with no fixed address, was discovered with gunshot injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.
