Storage Unit Thief Sought by Police

Self storage units for storing a multitude of various items.

LOYALHANNA TOWNSHIP, PA—The Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating a burglary that occurred at the Loyalhanna Self-Storage on Route 981. The incident involved the break-in of two storage units sometime between April 27 and May 1, 2024.

Investigators report that an unknown suspect or suspects used a cutting device to remove the locks from the units. Various items were stolen from both units before the perpetrators fled the scene. State police are urging anyone with information to contact the Kiski Valley barracks at 724-697-5780.
