Bronx Teen Charged With Murder After Stabbing 17-Year-Old Girl, Killing Her

BRONX, NY — A stabbing incident was reported on Thursday, May 2, when a 17-year-old girl was stabbed to death at 1105 Boynton Avenue in the 43rd Precinct. Police responded to a 911 call at approximately 2:16 PM, finding the victim with a stab wound to the chest. The injured teen was rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where she was later pronounced deceased.

The victim has been identified as Emery Mizell, a 17-year-old resident from the Bronx. Her family has been notified of the tragic event.

In connection with the stabbing, a 15-year-old female has been arrested and faces charges including murder, manslaughter, and unlawful possession of a weapon. The investigation into the circumstances leading to this violent act is ongoing.
