Police in D.C. Search for Suspect in Shooting

Washington, D.C. – D.C. Police Detectives are asking for the public’s help locating a suspect involved in an Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm offense in Northeast, D.C. The incident occurred on Thursday, May 2nd, around 1:52 p.m. in the 900 block of F Street. The suspect discharged a handgun and then fled the scene, with no reported injuries or property damage.

Surveillance cameras have captured images of the suspect.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding this incident to refrain from taking action but instead call police at (202) 727-9099 or submit tips anonymously through the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
