Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct Following Disturbance at Local Bar

LEXINGTON PARK, MD — On Sunday, May 5, Senior Trooper Oyler responded to a report of a large disturbance at Cadillac Jacks, located on Great Mills Road. Upon arrival, police found Joshua Wayne Henning, 36, of California, Maryland, outside the establishment, exhibiting disorderly behavior and shouting.

According to the investigation, Henning assaulted another patron, causing the disturbance. The victim did not wish to cooperate with law enforcement. Henning was arrested and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, where he was charged with Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Disorderly Conduct, and Disturbing the Peace/Disorderly Conduct.
