Pedestrian Critical After Hit and Run in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A hit-and-run accident critically injured a pedestrian last night at the intersection of Tabor Road and Adams Avenue.

The incident occurred around 8:42 PM when a 32-year-old pedestrian was struck by a black sedan. Although the driver initially stopped after the collision, they fled the scene.

The injured pedestrian was quickly attended to by PFD Medic 29 and transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center for critical care.

The Philadelphia Police Department’s Crash Investigation Division is actively investigating the case to determine further details and locate the driver involved in the incident.
