42-Year-Old Man in Critical Condition Afer Shooting on 7th Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA—A shooting incident in Philadelphia’s 25th District has left a 42-year-old Hispanic male critically injured. The incident occurred at approximately 4:08 PM at the intersection of 7th and Allegheny Avenue.

The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the buttocks and left thigh and was promptly transported to Temple Hospital by Medic 22, where he is currently listed in critical condition.

At the scene, authorities recovered a weapon from the victim.

As of now, the motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and no arrests have been made. The area is being secured as the investigation continues, with police seeking any leads or information related to the incident.
