Edgewood Woman Charged with Arson in Harford County

Edgewood, MD – A 35-year-old woman has been accused of starting a fire in her parents’ Harford County home while they were out of the country. Edgewood native Lorpu Mulbah faces arson charges following an investigation by the Maryland Fire Marshal, which determined she allegedly set the fire intentionally.

The incident occurred around 11:30 PM on May 10, when crews from the Abington Fire Company and nearby agencies responded to an automatic fire alarm at a residence on the 600 block of Mulberry Lane. Fire officials report that the blaze started in a bedroom.
