Brooklyn Police Chase Ends With Crazy Scene Captured on Video

New York City Police officers on scene

BROOKLYN, NY — On Wednesday at approximately 6:20 PM, officers from the 75th Precinct initiated a traffic stop at Linwood Street and Hegeman Avenue for a vehicle with heavily tinted windows and a covered license plate.

The vehicle fled, driving recklessly against traffic and endangering both vehicles and pedestrians.

After a pursuit, the NYPD apprehended the vehicle. The driver resisted arrest, refusing to be handcuffed. A 40-year-old female interfered with the arrest despite multiple commands to stop, leading to a crowd forming. Officers remained professional and composed throughout the incident.

Three suspects were arrested. The driver faces charges of reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, equipment violation, and having a dirty or covered plate. The female involved is charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.
