Know Him? The NYPD Says He Slashed A Woman on Subway Train in Queens

QUEENS, NY — A 22-year-old woman was assaulted aboard a southbound E-train at the Queens Plaza station within the 108 Precinct/TD 20 area.

The incident, involving an unidentified male who slashed the victim’s left leg with a sharp object, occurred on Friday.

After the attack, the assailant fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim continued on the train, exiting at the Lexington Ave – 53 Street station, where she contacted the police.

Emergency services transported her to New York-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical Center, where she was reported to be in stable condition.

Authorities are currently seeking any information on the suspect.
