Breaking: Man Shot, Critical on Melrose Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 45-year-old white male was critically injured after being shot once in the left upper chest and once in the left upper back on Melrose Street at 3:40 PM.

He was transported to Frankford-Torresdale Hospital by police.

The scene has been secured, but no arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered.

No suspects have been identified at this time.
