Utica, NY – Utica Police Special Investigations Unit members conducted an arrest related to an ongoing narcotics investigation on Tuesday.
During the operation, both cash and narcotics were confiscated. Khaliq Hussein, 32 years old, faced charges including Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (Intent to Sell), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
