Suspect Threatened to Cut 64-Year-Old’s Throat During Argument

WILKES-BARRE, PA—A local man, Isiah Tillman, has been arrested following an incident involving alleged terroristic threats and an assault that took place on Tuesday afternoon. The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department responded to a call at 47 South Washington Street at approximately 4:30 PM.

Upon arrival, police learned from the 64-year-old victim from Larksville, PA, that he had been involved in a verbal altercation with Tillman over a financial dispute. During the confrontation, Tillman reportedly brandished a knife and threatened to cut the victim’s throat.

Tillman was promptly taken into custody and transported to city headquarters for processing. The incident has been classified under terroristic threats and assault, highlighting the severity of the allegations.
