Motorcycle Bandit Snatches Neckless from Woman in NYC

NEW YORK, NY – The NYPD is requesting the public’s help to find a suspect involved in a grand larceny incident that took place in the Bronx. Authorities reported that last Thursday at 1:50 PM, a young woman, 23, was robbed in front of 700 River Avenue in the 44th Precinct.

An unidentified male on a motorcycle approached the victim and forcibly took two necklaces, together valued at about $570. Following the theft, the suspect fled northbound on River Avenue on a black motorcycle. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.

The police have described the suspect as a male with a medium complexion. The NYPD urges anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation of this daylight robbery.
