MONROE, NY — The New York State Police Monroe-Troop F is urgently seeking public assistance to identify a male suspect involved in multiple incidents of unwanted sexual touching in department stores, including Target and Walmart.
These incidents involve the suspect initiating unsolicited, sexual physical contact with female shoppers.
Authorities have released an alert asking anyone who encounters this individual or has information about these incidents to come forward.
