Woman Fatally Shot on Edson Street in Boston

BOSTON, MA — A tragic shooting occurred on Friday at 11:17 PM at 36 Edson Street, leading to the death of an adult female. Boston Police officers from District B-3 (Mattapan) were dispatched to the scene where they discovered the victim suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.

The woman was quickly transported to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. The Boston Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances of the shooting and is calling for anyone with information to come forward.
