Shooting Investigation Underway After Victim Walks into Baltimore Hospital

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting incident after a victim presented himself at a local hospital with a gunshot wound.

On June 2, at around 1:19 p.m., officers were called to a hospital regarding a walk-in shooting victim. They discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound to the leg, assessed as non-life-threatening. Further investigation led officers to the 3400 block of Violetville Lane, where shell casings were found, indicating the likely location of the shooting.

Southern District Detectives are handling the investigation and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2499.
