Evesham Township Police Celebrate Pride Month

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Evesham Township Police Department recently participated in several events to honor Pride Month, demonstrating their support for equality and the LGBTQ+ community. Last night, they were joined by township officials, community members, and fellow law enforcement officers for a flag-raising ceremony. This event also welcomed officers who are part of the New Jersey LGBTQ+ Law Enforcement Liaisons.

Additionally, the Evesham Police took part in the Asbury Park Pride Parade on Sunday, June 2nd, alongside numerous other police departments from across New Jersey. The department expressed their honor in attending and celebrating the event, which champions equality for all individuals.

These engagements highlight the Evesham Township Police Department’s commitment to inclusivity and support for the LGBTQ+ community within and beyond their local jurisdiction.
