Manhunt Continues for Suspect in Windsor Mill Hit-and-Run Crash

WINDSOR MILL, MD — Detectives from the Baltimore County Crash Team are seeking assistance from the public to find a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident. The crash, which fatally injured 52-year-old George Ness Jr., occurred on Windsor Mill Road near Pine Avenue. Authorities reported that the incident happened on March 22 at about 11:45 PM.

The vehicle implicated in the crash is described as a beige Hyundai Sonata, model years 2006 to 2010. It was last seen heading west on Windsor Mill Road towards Rolling Road. Ness was later pronounced dead at a local hospital on April 7.

Investigators urge anyone with information to contact them at 410-887-5396. Tipsters have the option to remain anonymous.
