Police Searching for Benji and Leeky After Attack at Wilkes-Barre Park on Teen

WILKES-BARRE, PA — A 19-year-old man from Drums, PA, was assaulted by two individuals at Francis Slocum Park, as reported to the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department on Sunday at 4:10 PM. The incident occurred on North Pennsylvania Avenue.

Upon their arrival, police officers were informed by the victim that he was attacked by two males known to him only by their nicknames, “Leeky” and “Benji.”

The victim described one suspect as being in his mid-thirties and the other in his mid-twenties. Emergency medical services treated the victim at the scene.

The investigation into the assault is currently active, with efforts to identify and locate the suspects based on the provided descriptions and nicknames.
