Philadelphia Police Search for Suspects in Auto Burglary and Firearm Theft Spree

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northwest Detective Division is actively seeking to identify several suspects involved in a series of vehicle burglaries and firearm thefts. These incidents occurred in the 39th District, specifically around the intersection of 30th and Clearfield Streets.

Between Monday, May 27, and Friday, May 30, a group described as young black males targeted vehicles parked in the area. The thefts consistently took place during the late evening to early morning hours, from 10:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The suspects, who were reportedly using two different types of black sedans, managed to steal various items from the cars, including firearms from each vehicle involved.

The Philadelphia Police are urging anyone with information about these crimes to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigations.
