Man Murdered Inside Brooklyn Subway Station

BROOKLYN, NY – A 48-year-old man was pronounced dead following an incident at the Kosciuszko Street Station on Saturday night. Police responded to a 911 call around 10:19 p.m. at the station located within the 81 Precinct/Transit District 33. Upon arrival, officers found Manuel Flores conscious but lying on the floor of the northbound ā€œJā€ platform.

Emergency Medical Services were promptly called to the scene and transported Flores to NYC Health and Hospitals/Woodhull. He was in stable condition upon arrival but was later pronounced deceased on Sunday.

The Office of Chief Medical Examiner has officially ruled the death a homicide as of Wednesday. Flores lived Brooklyn. Further details about the investigation have not been disclosed at this time.
