Nutley Police Warn Residents About Misleading Curb Painting Solicitations

NUTLEY, NJ – Nutley Police Director Alphonse Petracco and Chief Thomas Strumolo are cautioning residents against misleading solicitations for curb painting services.

The Nutley Police Department has received multiple complaints about a flyer circulated by Mr. Gallagher, who has a solicitor’s permit, but whose services are not mandated by the township. Residents are reminded that they are not obligated to utilize these or any other solicitor services.

For those wishing to avoid unsolicited visits, Nutley offers a “No Knock List.” Residents can add their names to this list by filling out a form on the Nutley website.
