Traffic Stop Ends With Illegal Gun Arrest in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD — On June 15, 2024, at approximately 2:06 PM, members of the Eastern District Action Team were conducting traffic initiatives when they observed a vehicle committing a traffic violation. Detectives initiated a vehicle stop in the 1000 block of North Milton Avenue.

During the stop, detectives recovered a handgun from the vehicle and subsequently arrested the 32-year-old male driver. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he will face charges related to the handgun violation.
