Despite her usual routine and enjoyment of lottery games, the secretary admitted that she had never won big before. “I’ve always had luck with scratch tickets,” she said, “but not big luck.” The $250,000 top prize from the Jumbo Cash game, which only launched in late April with five top prizes, was beyond her expectations.
