Baltimore Police Arrest Young Female Driver in Stolen Vehicle

BALTIMORE, MD — Baltimore Police Department has reported a successful arrest related to a stolen vehicle incident in the city’s Eastern District. The incident unfolded on June 16, 2024, when detectives on patrol observed a vehicle violation around 1:01 p.m. on the 1900 block of North Washington Street.

Upon stopping the vehicle, detectives confirmed that it had been reported stolen from Baltimore County. The driver, an 18-year-old female, was taken into custody without incident. She was subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she faces charges related to the stolen vehicle.

This arrest highlights the ongoing efforts of Baltimore police to address auto theft and enforce traffic laws within the city. The department continues to prioritize public safety and property crime reduction through vigilant policing and community engagement.
