Commercial Robbery Suspect Sought in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA—Philadelphia Police’s Central Detective Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man involved in a commercial robbery. The incident occurred on Friday at the Dollar General located at 1300 West Lehigh Avenue around 1:38 p.m.

The suspect reportedly exited the store without paying for several items. When confronted by employees, he brandished a knife and claimed he had a permit to carry. Although he mentioned a permit, no firearm was observed during the incident.
