Bryant Park Street Argument Ends With Stabbing

NEW YORK, NY—A 42-year-old man was stabbed during a confrontation in Manhattan. The incident occurred early Sunday morning at the intersection of 41st Street and 5th Avenue. An unidentified male instigated a verbal dispute with the victim around 3:30 AM, which escalated into a physical fight.

During the altercation, the assailant brandished a knife, stabbing the victim in the right arm and slashing the back of his neck. After the attack, the perpetrator fled eastbound on 44th Street towards 6th Avenue.

The injured man was promptly taken to NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn Lutheran, where he was reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are currently investigating the incident and searching for the suspect.
