A $300,000 Unclaimed Winning Lottery Ticket is About to Expire in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, SC—A Palmetto Cash 5 ticket worth $300,000 is nearing its expiration next week and remains unclaimed. Purchased at EZ Trip #2 located at 5290 Five Chop Rd. in Santee, the ticket was for the drawing held on Friday, December 29, and successfully matched all five numbers.

The winning numbers for that draw were 2, 8, 11, 15, and 17, with a Power-Up number of 3. The addition of Power-Up, costing an extra $1, tripled the original prize to $300,000. The deadline to claim this prize is 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, at the Columbia Claims Center. Unclaimed winnings will be directed to the Education Lottery Account to support educational initiatives in South Carolina. Players have a 180-day window from the draw date to claim their prizes.
