Cumberland Woman Charged for Trespassing at CSX Tracks

On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, a Cumberland Police officer patrolling Henderson Avenue observed Lisa Marie Curtain, 52, trespassing on the CSX tracks. Despite clear “no trespassing” signs, Curtain was on the property unlawfully.

After acknowledging her awareness of the signage, Curtain was issued a criminal citation for trespassing on posted property. She was released pending her trial in District Court.
