Off-Duty NYC School Safety Agent Arrested for Criminal Weapon Possession

NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged on Sunday at 4:54 PM within the 103 Precinct.

Eric Gillespie, a 47-year-old NYPD School Safety Agent, was taken into custody.

He faces charges of Criminal Possession of a Weapon – 4th Degree.
