Shot Spotter Alert Leads Police to Gunshot Victim in Baltimore

Baltimore, Md— Police in Baltimore are investigating an early morning shooting that took place on June 24th.

At approximately 2:46 a.m., officers responded to a Shot Spotter alert in the 2500 block of Calverton Heights. While canvassing the area, they found an adult male in the 800 block of North Warwick Avenue with apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
