Police In Brooklyn Search for Four Suspects Wanted for Double Shooting

BROOKLYN, NY—Early on Tuesday, two men were injured in a shooting incident involving four unidentified suspects. At approximately 3:05 AM, the suspects, emerging from a gray four-door sedan, fired multiple rounds outside 787 Washington Avenue. A 61-year-old man was hit in the torso, and a 36-year-old man was shot in the right leg.

Following the shooting, the assailants fled eastbound on St. Johns Place towards Classon Avenue. The older victim was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, while the younger was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County; both are reported to be in stable condition.

Authorities are on the lookout for four individuals. The first suspect wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black and white sneakers. The second was dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, and white sneakers. The third suspect had on a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants with a white stripe, complemented by black and white sneakers. The fourth individual wore a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, and black sneakers.
