Police Release Photos of Suspects in Southeast D.C. Armed Robbery

Washington, D.C.—Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying suspects and a vehicle involved in an armed robbery in Southeast D.C.

On Sunday at approximately 12:18 p.m., the suspects approached victims in the 1500 block of Freedom Way, Southeast. One suspect brandished a handgun, and the suspects took the victims’ property before fleeing in a vehicle. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects and the vehicle.

Anyone with information that can identify the suspects or the vehicle is urged to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text a tip to 50411. The D.C. Metro Police Department offers a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for crimes in the District of Columbia.
